I don't remember a time when Elitekits wasn't on my server list, but the time I actually started playing more often was around 2016 I think [I must have hard to remember right now] and I was just jumping around and chatting a lot most of the time, I wasn't even really doing PvP, it was just kinda it's fun interacting with people here and I met some nice people here and I would never regret joining this server, it's really fun because when I first discovered this server I was playing servers like McDreamz and McCritz, stuff like that and it was a pain to progress on those servers and once I used my pvp /kit and died I would log out and that's why Elitekits was so cool to me because it was my first Soup PvP Kitmap server and I just spent hours playing on that because you didn't have to work to get gear, you just pick a kit and go fight people and it's not all rage, you die, it's no big deal, you don't lose anything and you don't fight for too long. Have you committed any prior or concurrent offenses? : No, how well can you share a screen? : So, about screen sharing, honestly, I haven't been on a server staff in quite a long time and I'll be honest, I'm not too. good at it, but I would definitely try to learn. I kind of know the basics but I'm not going to lie and say I'm a god at this but I'd also like to learn how, I know there's some really good "screen sharing" on this server and I feel like me not knowing much is really my biggest flaw, but I'm sure I can learn from the other experienced staff members and honestly I'm slowly learning how to watch movies. Screenshare videos are quite informative and I've been watching Tenebrous for a while so I've learned some of it Previous experience? : Ocean Prison/Sky Prison: This is a very, very old prison server. I think I was on staff here in 2013, Sky Prison is their main server now, but back then they had a network with 2 Prison servers, one of which was Ocean Prison. I was pretty young when I applied, but somehow it worked out, they gave me a chance on staff and I was a moderator. I was a moderator for a few months, but was later demoted. When I was on staff, I really wasn't ready. Honestly, when I received criticism, I just couldn't deal with it. I was quite worried that when something bad happened, rather than trying to fix it, I would walk away from it and that's what happened when I found out I had did something wrong. by muting someone when I wasn't supposed to, I thought I was going to bedemoted and I was scared since it was my first time staffing a Minecraft server and my first server I fell in love with, I just hid for a long time, almost 3 weeks because I couldn't deal with it, I don't know why but I was just too afraid of being demoted and obviously that didn't help but at that point I felt good, I don't know what happened was going through my head. But after being demoted I was then promoted to guard which was a small staff rank it only had /Tempmute and /kick and I was a guard until the shutdown of the server. The server just wasn't getting enough consistent players and they had to shut it down, but they still have Skyprison, which is their highest performing server. Honestly, I haven't staffed many servers because I never thought about doing it and just thought it was extra effort. I always thought: why would you want to moderate people playing the game when you can just play the game that's more fun. But I feel like it's more about experience and since I rarely have the opportunity to be staff on many servers, I haven't really experienced it, I don't I don't understand why, but on any server everyone wanted staff and I wondered what was so good about that. ? And I kind of understand, but I'd like to try it and experience it myself. Why do you want a moderator? :MatureI am really mature when I need to be, of course I can joke and be childish, but everyone has to have fun from time to time, but when time is needed I can be mature, here are some examples where maturity is really needed. When your staff interacts or helps someone you need to be mature because you are the face of the staff team and if you act immature it will just make it seem like the staff team as a whole is immature. Not only is it really not the time to be immature when you help someone and make a comment or just act immature it might make them feel uncomfortable or inferior.InspirationI have knew a few people who were on staff here and thought it was really cool. Skilled is a close friend of mine who was on staff here, but he was on staff a while ago and I thought it was pretty cool, he talked to me a lot about how it was within the team of personnel, goods and bad. I kind of admired him because he's a great person and very good at interacting with people, he's really mature when he needs to be and when he talks to random people he hasn't met , he respects them and he doesn't judge people at all, I mean when I first talked to him, oh my lord, I don't know how he could deal with me but he didn't never insulted me, judged me or anything, it was like 2012 when I met him and damn I was an annoying squeaker. Enough about my life, but he taught me a lot about finding cheaters and knowing when people are cheating, but that was a while ago, he doesn't really play anymore and he explained to me what The hacks in the game looked like when ghost clients were still new so I don't know if what he told me is still relevant today.
