The goal of completing assessments for both shifts by 10 a.m. was complicated due to the late start. I will keep this goal as something I would like to work on next week. The goal of remembering to document both the patient and the medications for both patients was accomplished this week. I even tried scanning the free water! My patient did not meet the discharge goal because neither patient was ready to go home yet. My patients definitely achieve the goal of verbalizing when they need something. One of my patients was moving around the room and the other wasn't quite ready to do so because of the left side.
