So you want to become a primary school teacher? It's a challenging career, requiring patience and social skills, as you have to be able to struggle in a room full of rambunctious children. Once you overcome the difficult challenges, the career is filled with immeasurable rewards. Being an elementary school teacher isn't just about going into a classroom and teaching kids how to add numbers, where something is on a map, or how to write. This career is much deeper than that, you will build a relationship with each student and ultimately lay the foundation for students' future education. Elementary teachers guide their students through a crucial time in their lives. This career is a good choice for people who want to make a difference, as you will have a significant impact in the lives of several children and see them grow, not only academically, but also socially. To become an elementary school teacher, you must first find a college that offers the degree: Elementary Education.
