In this course, I learned how to design and conduct an epidemiological study, including detailed analysis and interpretation of data using SPSS software. I am confident that this knowledge will give me a head start in pursuing my MPH degree and in my future career as well. Achieving a 4.0 GPA in my undergraduate studies may send the wrong message that I am only focused on academics, but in reality it is the opposite. Besides my regular studies and hospital duties, I have always been involved in social activities. From my first year of medical school, I have been an active volunteer with “SANDHANI”, an award-winning national blood donation organization. I also volunteered at some medical camps to serve areas affected by cyclones and floods. Given my interest in public health, I have always tried to regularly attend health-related seminars and workshops.
