The main learning outcomes of this module were to understand the purpose of the professional role of a learning mentor and the emphasis on inclusion in their practice, broadly based on politics as well as personal responsibility. .The first assignment required the group to work together to produce an interview type scenario for someone applying to become a learning mentor, this meant everyone had to work together as an equal part of the team with the aim of produce high quality work. .
