    Looking at different jobs, I can say that I would be motivated if I work in a job that looks for energetic and enterprising entrepreneurs in business management and marketing. I believe that jobs in this field would motivate me at each of Maslow's levels because I believe this job will utilize my strengths and fulfill all of the needs in my life. I am basically a business minded person although a little shy sometimes. Yet my drive to work harder when motivated can go full throttle. I have the ability to communicate information orally and visually in a variety of contexts. Another important strength I possess is my ability to work independently and generate ideas with limited direction and supervision. I love interacting with people and that's where my marketing skills come in. Employees in this position differ from each other in many ways. They have different abilities, personalities and needs. Based on studies, experts have created many theories to explain the nature of differences between people, the development of individual differences, and the goal of maximizing the productivity of people in the organization. Today's business climate always faces changes and adversities that could pose challenges for any workforce. These changes and adversities are often treated as threats, brakes and obstacles that can hinder the growth and development of a business in terms of profitability, stability, including workforce morale. When these problems arise and management loses control of the situation, more serious problems can arise to the point that they can eventually lead to the company's bankruptcy. I am equipped with the ability to work as a team so that the bankruptcy of a company is farthest...... middle of paper...... flowing and spreading. This requires a certain form of motivation and leadership quality to make the problems associated with change manageable. Finally, the research findings resulted in strategies on how best to address challenges, such as motivating employees through performance management systems and choosing the right leadership qualities to lead in a changing business environment.
