When I was a kid in elementary school, all my friends liked the way I dressed, but there were also other kids who went to school with me and looked up to me. seemed inferior simply because of the way I dressed. Usually the kids who praised the way I dressed always wore nice clothes themselves, while the others who didn't dress well would try to pick fights or make fun of the kids who dressed well. Later in life, as I approached high school, the roles reversed; teenagers who dressed well became the ones who picked on other students in the school due to the poor quality of clothes some students wore to school, this would lead to violence between students. My position regarding student uniforms is that I believe every public school in the United States should use a school uniform policy because it reduces school violence, provides better safety, increases performance, and also reduces stress on students. families.
