  • Essay / My goal of taking a business management course

A popular quote says: “It’s never too late to follow your dreams and your passion” and so, as unconventional as it may sound, my call to take a course that is extremely different from my previous field of study feels liberating. Whether it was working as a dentist or applying for a Masters in Management Practice, it was a difficult decision. My main inspiration, besides my desire to push my limits, is Dr. Seunggun Lee. A former South Korean dentist who quit his job and founded a mobile payment app called Toss. Exceeding the designated abilities was a challenge he overcame. Get an original essay After completing my undergraduate studies in the field of dentistry from Vidarbha Youth Welfare Society Dental College and Hospital in 2016, I joined Dr. Swapnil. Korde Dental Clinic where I worked as a general dentist for a period of 13 months. There, my professional role was limited to performing dental procedures and minor surgeries, and I found that my desire to learn additional skills was hindered by the limitations of my role. From managing the patient database to managing staff to managing equipment and materials, it was all very challenging and exciting at the same time. I think the pursuit of management is the missing puzzle in my quest. Today, I am very proud to have taken the next step and to have learned much more than I expected from this experience. I want to learn leadership skills, work with new people, get to know them not by what they look like or where they come from but by what they bring and much more. I see myself now where I can question the ideologies that were blindly followed in the past, simply because they were passed down by the society and culture I grew up in. the origins will be a revelation. The best part of this new role will be that no limits will limit my work. Thus, I quickly look for the opportunities that make me delve into other departments of the organizational field such as the management and marketing department and, thanks to this experience, I find the attraction of professionally studying the field of the practice of management. My decision to pursue a Masters in Management I practice at Dublin Business School, a highly renowned university in..
