The use of the Internet and social media has given a new perspective to these models (Constantinedes 2006). Jager (2007) highlighted the discrimination of product, price, place and promotion by companies using the Internet and social media. Businesses starting out spend time and money on the Internet (Google Ads, SEO) and social networks, they must create a strategy. A successful Internet and social media strategy saves businesses time and money because they can reach their segment more effectively (Schaffer, Neal 2013).
