    Don't you wonder what love is like every time you hear about a love story? In almost every story, the lovers get what they want and end up living happily ever after, but did you know that not all love stories end that way? In fact, in both stories Titanic and Romeo and Juliet, the lovers never got what they wanted and ended in tragedy. Although each story has its own events, these two stories are quite similar in various ways. The events of the plot play an important role in comparing the two versions. For starters, Titanic was based on real events that happened to real people in the past, and Romeo and Juliet were entirely made up. William Shakespeare based the story on things that could happen in the real world, which makes Romeo and Juliet come true. However, in both stories, romantic relationships were forbidden. For example, Romeo and Juliet had to hide because their family had a feud between them, but in Titanic, the lovers, Rose and Jack, could not see each other because of the social class they were in....
