The European Union is built in such a way as to establish the freedom, safety and security of all its member states. The EU as a “unit” has more economic, social or political strength than the member states could have as individuals. Ultimately, each country derives its own benefits from this cooperation. Albania and the Albanians are currently an integral part of the European community. After communist isolation, Albania managed to maintain a democratic model, thus showing that it is not only a geographical part and a historical framework of Europe, but that it is also becoming a part of a community current integrality and a new European identity. For Albanians, the EU means security and economic stability and therefore refers to prosperity. But is now the right time for Albanians to join the EU and what are the benefits that come with this decision? Firstly, the political layer in Albania has not yet achieved trust and commitment to different promises, unlike other EU countries. They diversify to find and achieve the right priorities by only dealing with the past of one party or another. Referring to "The Economist" in various international campaigns such as "Youth in Action" or "All Different - All Equal", Europe brings special importance to youth, while in Albania it does not yet exist clear program for this important layer. . Political parties instead focus on their goals of having a certain power, blindly leading people to believe in their “election promises” which ultimately only remain within a political framework. This is why Albania does not have the right engagement or policy towards its voters after European integration tends to promote higher standards and a more uniform democrat...... middle of paper.. .... possible to establish and respect the rule of law. In conclusion, Albania should join the European Union, but it should first follow criteria of a political and economic nature that guarantee democracy as well as the establishment of an economy capable of withstanding competitive pressure within of the European common market. Albania should find a solution in the area of justice, freedom and security, based on two main “pillars”. The first pillar concerns association in the field of free movement and provides general provisions on visas, asylum, migration, border management and other policies concerning the free movement of people. The second pillar of the association concerns the fight against organized crime such as trafficking and corruption and includes provisions under which Albania and the European Union will engage their structures and judicial police in a common solution..
