As attitude is defined as the psychological reaction towards a person, a situation, an object, a team (organization). In other words, it is our perception of the different things we interact with in our life and it generally affects our thoughts and behaviors. Electrex company as we mentioned above, it is made up of different teams that play various roles for the company to reach its level or achieve its objectives. Our point is that in the Electrex company, a team consists of at least eight people, mostly from different age, race and gender groups, because there are no restrictions. In the Electrex company, some group members have different psychological reactions towards their project, the team members and the company itself. The majority of executives said that the diversity of teams at Electrex Company sometimes creates conflict because they have different attitudes toward the things a team interacts with. At Electrex, the company's leadership believes in having a positive attitude and remaining calm when dealing with conflict in a team environment. The best way to end conflict and bring the team together, no matter what or its diversity. The Pygmalion Effect refers to the attitudes of leaders and how they supervise their members. They can actually determine the performance of a member or perhaps the entire team. So in Electrex company, leaders have adapted different leadership styles accordingly, but however, each leader has high expectations from the team and due to high expectations, members are likely to become productive in order to achieve the expectations of managers. In the Electrex company, managementnet expectations, it is not enough to make individuals productive in what they do. The added benefit of doing this is that it gives managers time to certify workers' misinterpretations. Some junior managers at Electrex Company mentioned that they were directed/trained to convey positive body language at work. Some body language includes smiling, nodding, listening sensibly, and making eye contact well. This shows workers that you are interested in what they have to say or do. • Make time for others. Have an open door policy and be approachable. This encourages employees to be open and candid about issues and concerns. A negative attitude can be contagious, so turn those negative attitudes into positive ones! Some employees who have negative attitudes are not doing anything particularly wrong; they just have a cynical, negative outlook that permeates your business.
