    Five-Year Career Development PlanIntroduction:Career development is an ongoing process of proactively managing work and life changes in order to advance and achieve set goals for a better future. This involves acquiring new skills, changing positions within the organization or simply moving to a new organization or even starting a new business. A career development plan is created to set goals and how to achieve them using your talents and skills in the world of work. A five-year plan is ideal to start with, as five years is enough time to achieve larger goals while still working and achieving smaller goals. Career Goals and Objectives: My personal mission is to improve people's lives through medicine and healthcare and to make the world a healthier place. using my skills and coming up with innovative ideas to manage healthcare organizations. There are two goals that need to be achieved: One is the short term goal that needs to be accomplished in a short period of time, say a year or a few months. My short-term career goal is to complete my Masters in Administrative Sciences with good grades which will be reflected in my CV. Second, there is the long-term goal: what I want to do in the next 5 years and where I want to be at the end of the fifth year by effectively shaping my future in an organization. My goal is to become a health services administrator for a health organization such as a hospital or public health department. My degree in administrative science with specialization in global health and human services will help me develop skills to manage a healthcare facility effectively and efficiently, and my human resources skills will help me manage and work with people . This will guide me to achieve ...... middle of paper ...... goals. I finally know what my goals are and how my career will be shaped.
