    Whether positive or negative, they allow me to make the necessary adjustments to find this intrinsic motivation. For example, I am motivated by various factors in the workplace, and one of them is seeing my colleagues work smart and hard and enjoying that at the same time. This motivates me to work just as hard. Dealing with contractors on a daily basis, communicating openly and following up to ensure their needs are met, makes me feel valuable. On several occasions, they thank me and encourage me to continue my good work, which motivates me more and thus increases my level of performance. Additionally, I feel valued when I am officially recognized for the hard work I put in. This shows that my efforts do not go unnoticed and that recognition will motivate me even more to continue working effectively. My company is made up of union employees and management employees. I realized that unionized employees are primarily motivated by performance evaluation. I believe that the most successful and motivated workers are powered by things beyond their salary. Money is the most recognized foreign reward, but having an inner motivation is also very vital. For example, when employees are truly passionate about the job they work in or are enthusiastic about their job, the benefit they feel exceeds a certain threshold.
