The application of scientific knowledge for practical purposes is commonly defined as technology. The whole technology craze began in the 1920s, when the invention of the car was discovered. During this time, new advances, discoveries, and inventions improved the lives of many Americans. Technology makes it possible to develop innovative ideas based on existing ideas. Different industries are developing new technologies according to the needs and requirements of today's society. These advances vary from one generation to the next and impact employment, agricultural techniques, social, mobile and audio technologies. Today, there is renewed concern that technological advances could displace large parts of the workforce, creating widespread unemployment. Technology has changed employment in major ways. This made it easier to carry out some labor-intensive jobs by cutting the time in half. As the New York Times puts it: “Faster, cheaper computers and increasingly intelligent software are giving machines abilities once thought distinctly human, such as understanding speech, translating from one language to another and recognize patterns. Automation is quickly moving beyond the simple basics. Why should employers/companies fill positions with physical bodies when machines are just as skilled? As you progress, no training is required and no salary to be paid. On the other hand, many do not believe that technology takes over employment, with some claiming that it creates jobs in the labor market.
