Landline phone service tends to be less expensive than cell phone service. Phones are less cost effective to buy one. Land lines are not mobile and it would be more difficult to contact people if that was the means of telecommunications. On the other hand, the disadvantages of having a landline are that it is not mobile, you cannot take it with you, you cannot consult the World Wide Web, you cannot not send SMS to recipient in minutes or seconds. Some might think that cell phones are the way to go. Conversely, the disadvantages of having a cell phone are that you have to choose a cell phone provider that can provide the service with elite or exceptional reception, the services can be extremely expensive on a monthly bill, a phone laptop can be easily lost. well, you would have to spend a lot of money to buy another one. Everyone is different based on their preferences and needs. But we have a choice, in these busy times, to choose what will make life more convenient, what is easier and less time consuming.
