For example, arranging chairs in small groups can motivate children to socialize and work together to develop camaraderie. Additionally, the reward system will motivate students to work and complete their task. For example, if the student enjoys playing computer games, they will be excited to complete their work because they look forward to being on the computer at some point. Additionally, classroom procedures will be helpful in managing student behavior. If the student knows the classroom rules, he or she will remember to behave because he or she knows that there are consequences for inappropriate behavior. Additionally, the classroom routine and having a timer are very helpful in setting the appropriate time for a particular activity. For example, setting 20 minutes for stations and having all students move to another location once the time is up is a good indicator of time management. Likewise, the behavior contract will help the teacher reinforce positive behaviors inside and outside the classroom. Designing a safe and healthy environment for all is
