He persisted in his dream. LCW tried to hide from his father to practice badminton and be used by underground casinos. But in the end, his persistence finally hit. LCW started regular badminton training and was selected for the Malaysian national badminton team. However, it was no longer the lucky day, difficulties followed one another, teammates did not like him and were emotionally lost. LCW even encountered enemies in international competition and often lost. LCW, under heavy pressure, faced a strong opponent and chose to start again. The film didn't make LCW the tragic hero people know him to be, but by showing the growth process of an ordinary child, it truly reflects the bumpy experience he went through all the way, explaining to the audience how to rely on the spirit of talent and never give up on the underlying children who grow up step by step. The father's silent encouragement, the mother's attentive care of his dreams, the coach's instructions and the large amount of Chinese dialogue, the warm interaction between Chinese families, made the film full of warmth . In fact, there are no real villains in the film, but each gradually pushes LCW towards the badminton court of his dreams, in his own way. It's a film full of hope: if you never give up, life is full of miracles. Good personal values, emotional stability and self-control – these concepts are relevant to this film. There are two chapters in our course that are best suited for this film. The first is personality and value. From the storyline, we can know that Lee Chong Wei (LCW) performed his feats in order to bring glory to his country. He wanted to win the competitions and achieve an honorable victory for his country. Which tells us of his seriousness and his desire to perform. It is organized responsibly and reliably in sports. This shows us his good approach to tournaments. We can also see him showing his personal values when he first lost at the Asian Junior Championship in 2000. His opponent was Lin Dan (Lin), after Lin comforted LCW and told him what he had wanted him to be a convincing athlete. He hasn't given up, which tells us he has emotional stability. It is defined as a person's ability to withstand stressful situations, think adequately and make the right decisions under stressful conditions. People with emotional stability tend to be calm, in control and secure, we can see that LCW has this personality trait, and it also has an importance value. LCW had high expectations from the country when he got the opportunity to compete for an open badminton tournament in 2006. Miao Zhu was excited and LCW cried, he got what he wanted. Here, LCW showed us his other personal values. In this part of the film, we find him as an aggressive, ambitious and loyal character. At that time, his opponent was Lin, so it was also a personal or private score. He wanted to win it and also bring a medal to his country. When he won, he felt the joy of having become a more successful person than before, so the emotion won't affect the intensity much. LCW shows us perfect emotional control and perfect self-confidence. He's stressed by his media and news family because he's an athlete, and they have to practice psychology. Therefore, he knew how to reduce stress and do exercises that would improve mood. Emotion regulation involves identifying and changing the emotions you feel. Strategies for changing your emotions include thinking about more pleasant things, suppressing negative thoughts, distracting yourself, reevaluating the situation, or using relaxation techniques. Emotions provide valuable information about behavior. Emotions and the minor events that cause them should not be ignored. work; they accumulate when the athlete is competing. Emotion is crucial, good emotion is always the key to success. Current and past emotions affect job satisfaction. Flows of emotions over time create variations in job performance, so if LCW loses the gold medal, it will influence his next performance and emotion-focused behaviors. are also brief and variable. Negative and positive emotions can distract the worker and reduce their performance. We can see LCW winning the medal, he will be complacent after being defeated by Lin. So this will reduce his performance at work, he coaches just like his manager when he loses this competition, the coach encourages him. him, don't give up and your team needs you, so ignoring the emotions of colleagues and employees and evaluating the behavior of others as if they were completely wrong is a mistake. The manager must know the emotions of employees and know what they think, so people cannot divorce emotions even in LCW, but moods will improve their abilities. In competition, the athlete's mood is important, when the athlete feels passion and enthusiasm. I can see that the potential of the sport will be motivated and miracles will happen like the LCW model of the year 2006. But he is also an inseparable personality of perseverance and hard work. Firstly, the film depicts young Lee Chong Wei (LCW) as a rebellious child in a moderate family who constantly tries to go against his father's advice to pursue his passion for badminton. Even after being scolded and beaten to the point of losing hope, the child never gave up and continued to fight hard for his passion. This part of the film inspires people to never give up on their dreams, no matter what obstacles come in their way. Another inspiring moment is when Lee Ah Chai (father) finally accepts his son's passion for badminton and sends him to the training academy. . LCW performed very well but was not accepted into the national team because he was still small and immature. From depression comes the determination to put things right. LCW takes his determination to a whole new level by drinking potato soup and jumping high daily to increase his height. After several years, he is at his optimal height and has been selected by the national team. This part of the film is inspiring because it shows that LCW ignores the negative emotions involved in finding every opportunity to move forward andto achieve the goal he had set for himself. Instead of succumbing to defeat, he gains the courage to fight for victory. Additionally, another inspiring moment is when Misbun, as LCW's coach, gives him a motivational speech stating that "I can help you achieve your dream" and giving him the opportunity to sacrifice his time and energy to achieve the goal. As LCW accepts Misbun's requests, he trains harder than all the other national team candidates, breaking every record held and becoming one of the best on the team. Earlier, he was selected to play in the All England Championship due to his determination. LCW shows great personality as he demonstrates hard work and perseverance to achieve his goal of world number one. Another inspiring moment is when LCW faces downfall both physically and mentally. Instead of giving him hope and courage, Misbun punishes him for his arrogance and impulsive behavior. LCW reflects on his decisions and puts aside his confusion by taking Misbun's actions as a lesson and motivation for him to strive harder to achieve his goals. Their relationship as coach and student grows even stronger, bringing greater values into his life. Finally, the most inspiring moment in the film is when LCW continually faces defeats against Lin of China and reaches a breaking point after disappointing the national team. His coach steps in to provide support and words of motivation stating: “You're putting pressure on yourself to become number one.” LCW keeps these words as a source of energy and works even harder every day and night to win Lin in the upcoming finals. During the match, LCW is under the pressure of lower scores and at that moment he receives a flashback of all the hopes, advice and confidence placed on him and uses them as determination to win first place and beat Lin in final. by watching this movie we can learn positive moral value and use it in our workplace. As we mention in question B, LCW has the personality of emotional stability. When he lost the Asian junior competition for the first time, he did not give up playing badminton. Moreover, he resists stress and works hard to achieve his goal. At the end of 2006, he won the competition and obtained his first gold medal. So for our workplace we must have an emotionally stable personality, especially an entrepreneur. For example, Jack Ma, founder of Alibaba, and Colonel Sander, founder of KFC. They have experienced failure at least 10 times but they still see hope in their target even in the movie LCW lost his competition and he still sees hope. Today we can see that they are successful in their business. Because they have a personality of emotional stability. This helps them to face their failure and work harder to achieve their goal and this happens in our society. In the movie, we can also see that when LCW lost their competition, their emotion and mood were bad. He feels anger, fear and sadness. He also feels stress because he is a Malaysian athlete. He represents Malaysia, so he has the stress of family and social media. Therefore, he knows how to reduce stress by doing exercises to improve his mood. So, in our life or at our workplace, we can see that many people suffer from depression. Depression is caused by our mood and emotions. People with depression experience mainly negative mood and a lot of stress. SO,.
