    The survey evaluates the significance of the change in speech tactics that Adolf Hitler used in his April 26, 1942 speech to the Reichstag. To assess the speech tactics employed by Hitler in this particular speech, the investigation will examine what tactics were used and how they differed from speeches Adolf Hitler had previously given. Psychoanalysis documents and the original translated speech were mainly used throughout the investigation.
