There are four core subjects that I obtained in the first semester, providing me with primary academic knowledge and experience through workshops, teamwork, homework and experiential conversations. Additionally, I tried to read academic books on construction project management skills, especially case studies in the construction field which made me aware of what usually happens and their result in reality. Additionally, I got a part-time job at a construction site, which helped me better understand the construction field in Australia and learn how to manage a construction project from my boss. 2.2 Promote my experience, my practice and my skills in management and leadership. I used tools and techniques that I studied last semester before to apply them to projects, which I had done previously to practice and improve on my own. On the other hand, I gained management and leadership knowledge as well as useful information by reading useful resources such as: Harvard Business Review, Forbes magazine, etc. Moreover, I also gain my knowledge of management and leadership in construction projects by discussing and debating with my father, who has worked as a contractor in the construction field for 20 years.
