Do sports injuries occur only by deliberately injuring another player or are they due to different aspects that can harm the human body of an athlete? NBA players understand that aggressive behavior and any type of misconduct comes with a heavy price. The NBA League has many rules to regulate players and when any of them are broken, action is taken immediately and imposed on the player. All NBA players know that any deadly assault can lead to a flagrant foul, potentially harming sports players. In a local basketball league I participate in, "the Coptic League", they emphasize that we only produce Christian behavior, but that doesn't stop many players from injuring themselves or another. Many players in the league suffer injuries during games played, including concussions. Any type of injury is very critical as it leads to serious or even fatal injuries to the person. The most serious type of injury in sports is a concussion. Concussions are extremely dangerous because they can cause the player to suffer traumatic brain injuries and, depending on the level of the concussion, possible death. Therefore, the Coptic League should understand that every player must stay hydrated for every match that has an attendance. Basketball is a very popular sport in the Coptic League and provides players with fun and a good time on the court. However, injuries occurring in the league are a problem because many players are exposed to these serious injuries and can potentially lead to a life-threatening situation. For some players, recovery time can take weeks or even months, depending on the injury. Injuries range from minor jammed fingers to middle of paper......achieving a functioning, healthy body (Jeff Gaudette). Therefore, hydration should always be a major energy gainer for players. The Coptic League experiences many injuries that arise during the season and many of them result in definite and damaging injuries. Staying hydrated to increase blood flow and stretching muscles is a great approach to preventing injury. Injuries such as concussions lead to many dangerous problems that affect a player and can potentially lead to death. Staying highly hydrated helps players because they are exposed to full exertion and can maximize their intensity level. Stretching the muscles relaxes them to prepare them for athletic performance and less frequent injuries. Injury prevention is the main cause to improve the league and its players, staying hydrated and stretching is the approach every player should consider..
