    High School vs. CollegeAs we move forward in life, there are many challenges and new situations that we face. A new situation that most people face is college and all the changes that come with it. What many people don't realize is that high school, in many ways, is similar and different from college. Not only do people change, but the environment and work also change. There are some things that never seem to change, like certain jobs and certain people. The majority of work in college is very similar to work in high school. An example would be the critical thinking assignment. In this course, you have to rewrite a sentence that is not correct and correct it. In high school, I had to do the same thing in my English class. The papers are also similar; In high school, I had to write papers all the time, just like in college. In World Culture class, you have to answer questions throughout the book. In high school, you had to do the same thing; you will need to read the book and answer the questions. The biggest difference between high school and college is the level of responsibility you take on. When you're in high school, teachers tend to watch what you do and chase you for homework you didn't do.1 College is different; the only person who makes sure your work gets done is you.1 No professor chases a student for work and monitors everything you do; they correct the papers and tell you what's wrong. When people go to college they tend to identify with that, they face many similarities and differences from high school.
