    Actually, I don't experience any of that. The people I met were nice, the classes weren't too hard for me and I didn't miss home too much. With that in mind, I think college instructors could break the information down so it's easier for me to understand and maybe not assign a lot of work at once. In my high school classes, the teachers assumed that we had learned some of the material from a previous class, but in reality, they never taught at all. They would give us class work assignments from a book with the answers in the back. We never discussed issues about which we were wrong or even right. Then when I have a lot of work to do at once, it makes me anxious because it's so overwhelming. Especially a job that I didn't know how to do. To make matters worse, I ended up skipping some classes my sophomore year when homework was due or we had presentations. I skipped one of my classes at the top of college because I was nervous about presenting my “all about me” project. It was a simple project but I couldn't prepare to present it, so I avoided the class. I ended up trying to make up class work to get a good grade.
