    It's late at night and I'm working on my computer to find the perfect school. So far, the research has been redundant. Another look at the list of potential universities and my heart soars: University of Pennsylvania, I read. My mouth instantly becomes dry. All the usual words come to mind: she's an Ivy, inaccessible, distant, impersonal, unattainable. Definitely not my type of university. Reluctantly, I log onto the site and am shocked. Here before me is a world completely different from what I expected: it is interactive, diverse and exciting. This is exactly what I'm looking for. The Wharton School is everything I ever wanted and more. The prospect of going beyond the classroom and learning through real-life interactions has always fascinated me. At Penn, I can learn finance and accounting through case studies, computer simulations, and Wharton's entrepreneurship programs. My first internship experience in the world of finance in high school was very enjoyable and I hope to have many more experiences like this at Wharton. The prospect of developing a...
