Organ DonationOrgan donation is a topic that contains many conflicting views. For part of the population, the donation of organisms is a real way to save the lives of others, for some it arouses mistrust and for others it is not fully understood. Certain techniques can be used to increase donations. Among these techniques, the most crucial would be education. If the public fully understood the life threat and critical organ shortage, organ donations would be more likely to increase. An effort is needed all over the world to make people aware of the benefits of this process. Advances in medical technology have made it possible to save a person's life through organ donation. However, the scarcity of available organs slows down the beneficial process. By becoming an organ donor, people commit to improving someone else's life for free. Although the question of religious or moral cost arises, there is virtually no physical cost to becoming an organ donor. Whether people are donors, non-donors or recipients, the entire public must be aware that organ donation is for the common good. Organ Donation – Why People Become Donors The main reason an individual becomes an organ donor is to give someone the “gift of life”. By granting someone this privilege, a person feels like they are making a contribution to another person's life. Some reasons people give this gift are simply because they have a good heart, they may find the other person's use of the organ to be more important than their need or perhaps just because they just don't need the middle of the paper. .....ic is in progress. This effort is called the Coalitionon Donations and Advertising Council. The goal of this coalition is to ensure that every individual in the United States understands the need for organ donation and accepts it as a human responsibility. Organ Donation – Ways to Increase Awareness Organ donation is in serious need of more participants. Medical technology has made it possible to give people a second chance at life and our population is reducing that chance. Educational efforts remain the most important to increase the success of donation. The public must recognize the benefits of such a process. The role of the family also needs to be improved. Although families have the power to refuse the donation of their deceased, they also have the possibility of giving a person a second chance at life, or rather the “gift of life ».."
