Middle school and high school have two different levels of education, but both attempt to deepen students' knowledge. As recent high school graduates and freshmen, many can clarify the similarities and differences between the two. Some obvious similarities are that both have homework, classrooms, and students. Although middle school and high school have many differences, the three main ones are teachers, classes, and responsibilities. One main difference is teachers and university professors. High school teachers often write notes on an overhead and explain important facts to you. They often take the time to remind you of the assignment and due dates. Many are available before or after class for a one-on-one conversation. On the other hand, professors lecture non-stop expecting you to analyze the important facts.
