I remember including a plethora of details and descriptions in this story, I wanted it to seem so realistic. While writing it, I really had fun because it was fun to build this story and think about the scenes that are going to happen, while making sure that everything went well. In high school and even now in college, I mostly gravitated toward writing argumentative and research papers, with personal stories being very few of them. I have to say that persuasive or argumentative writing is my favorite, so this change works for me. I prefer these types of writing because I have the opportunity to include my own voice in my article and am able to interweave my views on the subject, as well as incorporate what experts think about this specific topic. The paper I am most proud of is probably one of the papers I wrote during that first year of college. It’s because I know I have now honed my skills as a writer. Additionally, with the help of my professor and classmates, my writing improved during this semester. Writing is something that I enjoy because I am able to express my ideas through my words and I have written excellent essays throughout my studies.
