    E-commerce versus E-businessThe rapid development of the Internet has led to significant changes in management and organizational design, business processes, how businesses compete, new business and revenue models, new products and product delivery channels, marketing processes, customer relationships and other core processes and activities. Companies that stick to their current way of doing business without orienting themselves to the rapid development of the Internet are setting themselves up for failure. Failure can come as quickly as success in the business world, where competitors are always looking for ways to add value to their products and technological advancements play a major role in adding value to their products. a business. E-commerce and e-business are terms that are sometimes used interchangeably, but the terms are different and this difference is important to businesses. E-commerce mainly involves selling, buying and exchanging products and services over computer networks as well as the Internet (Milutinovic & Patricelli, 2002). Electronic commerce may involve electronic funds transfer, supply chain management, electronic marketing, online marketing, online transaction processing, electronic data interchange (EDI), automated systems of inventory management and automated data collection systems. It generally uses electronic communication technologies such as the Internet, extranets, electronic mail, e-books, databases, catalogs and mobile phones.
