Many sports are very popular in Dubai such as golf, rugby, tennis, cricket, football, swimming, horse racing, motor sports, etc. Additionally, there is a place called “Dubai Sport City” which is the world's premier sports destination, hosting major events. and attract the biggest brands around the world through participations and sponsorships. Helping the development of sport in Dubai, not only at the elite level, but also to make the sport more accessible to the population of the UAE (Dubaisportcity.ae). In Dubai Sport City, regulatory environment, Dubai has certain developments such as free zone, which could attract international investors to want to do business in this country. According to the Ministry of Economic Development (SD), Dubai was the first emirate to start using the free zone model. Foreigners are offered 100 percent ownership of a subsidiary and zero taxation. Additionally, investor ownership in a company enjoys tax benefits and there are no restrictions on the repatriation of capital and profits. It is also the absence of monetary restrictions and import duties.
