The personal qualities that will benefit me in doing exceptional work in nursing practice are my hard work skills. Determination is an additional quality that will enhance me in nursing practice. Additionally, caring for my patients when they are sick is another personal quality that will allow me to do an outstanding job in nursing practice. Throughout my studies, I proved that I was a hardworking student who would never give up. My ambition to become a nurse pushed me even harder to achieve my goal. Through all my hard work, I have gained a passion for learning. My training reinforced my desire to become a nurse. From learning all of human anatomy to learning the biology of life, it showed me that my professional skills prepared me for nursing practice and nursing.
