The postcards for Hilde continue to arrive and she becomes more and more confused. Then, after much teaching, Alberto says that they live in the spirit of Albert Knag, Hilde's father. Then it changes and now it's Hilde's point of view. She receives the book Sophie's World from her father for her birthday. Albert Knag teaches philosophy to his daughter. Then Alberto and Sophie exit Albert's mind and enter their world. The problem is that they cannot be seen by others. Sophie wants to understand how to access Hilde's world. Oh, the irony.
