It is the responsibility of public administration to effectively recommend changes. Careers in public administration can be competitive because they are considered high-ranking positions working directly with government officials and even the United Nations. Therefore, the impact of social factors is not always taken into account when referenced under a political role. Thus, it is inadequate when public administrators analyze government activities.
