Job redesign is about reformatting the job in the simplest way possible and job redesign is about changing a job accordingly. Regarding the issue of goal setting principles, in HIS department, goal setting is applied by ensuring that employees are aware of the company's goals. If all employees in an organization are aware of the company's goals and future achievements, the company can grow rapidly with minor drawbacks. HIS department is so confident in its employees' awareness of its goals that it even entrusts them with the option of allowing coders to work from home, even though working online has some drawbacks. By using the goal setting system, the SIS department is able to evolve quickly and has benefited a lot, although the change process has affected the SIS department in some ways. Employees of the SIS department face work overload, stress problems and misunderstandings among themselves. Departmental senior management must monitor the work accomplished by employees to adjust task scopes.
