Starbucks is a company that loves to see people succeed and will help its employees or "partners" as they call them succeed, even if it's not with Starbucks. They offer a college plan for their employees and will pay full tuition for them to earn their bachelor's degree. Starbucks calls its employee partners because they believe they are all partners in shared success, regardless of an employee's role in the company. Starbucks has made a career with them extremely attractive by providing ample opportunities for employees to succeed. One example is that each partner, at any level, can receive an annual grant of company stock through its bean program. Another example is that they gave employees the opportunity to be more themselves at work by expanding the dress code so they could wear certain clothes that are already in their closets at home. If I had the chance I would definitely want to work for Starbucks because they do
