We don't have the thousands of dollars to spend on personal training like the big Hollywood stars, so what do we do? Well, we can learn simple tips and tricks on how to achieve personal health as well as achieve our dream physique. In this comprehensive look at health and fitness, I'll teach you how to eat right, buy supplements on a budget, and exercise effectively and correctly. Most people use the same justification when it comes to eating healthy, healthier foods. They always say they can't afford it or don't have the energy to cook or prepare meals for the week.
