Based on my own observations and information, I created a 3-generation genogram, including my parents, my grandparents and myself. My mother's and father's sides of my family are both quite numerous. Despite the fact that my family's gender structure and roles are complex and we have our strengths and weaknesses, I believe that discussing these attributes can give us a better understanding of our lives today. On my mother's side, my grandmother and my deceased grandfather had many children, including my mother, who has two daughters: my sister and me. My older sister is married. Family relationships in my genogram I want to share something about my father's father, my grandfather. He has no illnesses other than asthma. He encountered problems with his work; he was given a bag and had nothing to do but drink more and more to suppress his terrible feelings and emotions. However, he was not the one who suppressed his negative emotions; they were the ones who suppressed it. With each passing day, he drank more and more. My grandmother, Khina Mainali, felt like she was losing him because he drank alcohol and moved away from her. It was terrible; my father, Devi Mainali, told me that when he was young, he lived with constant abuse from his father. As his father could not earn money since he was drunk all the time, they lived poorly. My grandmother was constantly in a state of depression. In addition to depression, she developed arthritis. They lived under a constant tension of memories and emotions associated with their past. Currently, my grandmother suffers from diabetes, asthma and cholesterol. She is an elderly person today, 89 years old, but I believe that if she had not suffered in the past, she would not have heart disease and broken relationships with my excellent mother. Perhaps my grandmother would not have suffered from arthritis now if she had not suffered from depression in the past, because it is stress that causes our body to suffer from different diseases. My other grandfather, Bala Bhadra Dhaurali, and my grandmother, Pampha Dhaurali, had no better relationship than my father's father. Works CitedMcGoldrick, M., Gerson, R. and Shellenberger, S.
