The Face of Elegance: The Life of Audrey HepburnA little black dress fitted perfectly around the tiny waist of a dancer's body. Her hips sway as she walks, her hair pinned on top of her head in a perfect bun and her large, dark sunglasses resting lightly on the bridge of her nose framing a slim face. Audrey Hepburn. a symbol of elegance, glamor, balance. But no one knows his life, not really. What is behind that pearly white smile, what did those deep chocolate brown eyes witness? Audrey Hepburn has been a cultural symbol for decades. A symbol of success and beauty.Audrey Hepburn is an important and fascinating figure in world history due to the events of her youth, career success, achievements and impact on the world.Born into a world of war, sadness, hunger and sorrow do not contribute to a very happy childhood. On May 4, 1929, near Brussels, Belgium, Edda van Heemstra Hepburn-Ruston was welcomed into the world “Audrey Hepburn – Biography”.
