Successful organizations have programs focused on cross-cultural training as well as conflict resolution. Reguieg (2014) also stated that cross-cultural training is the most effective way to increase the understanding and awareness of individuals facing cultures outside their own! Diversity and cross-cultural training are necessary initiatives for organizations that want to make a difference globally and domestically in various fields.
