Caribou created interactive experiences with the Co-Created Blend, Yummmkins Scavenger Hunt, and Barista Barge. The tactics engaged customers and allowed them to have a fun experience with their coffee. Besides research that showed that the treat-seeking audience is social, Caribou did not use its audience's knowledge to accomplish its goals.
