It is an ability to effectively analyze a situation so that it can generate goals by setting goals, determining the main concern, likely difficulties and opportunities. Likewise, I made my career plan to become a water treatment engineer. Currently, I am studying the Master in Chemical and Biomolecular Sciences. I prepared my strategic career plan to better understand and easily in four steps.Step 1: Framing - Key facts of the situationIn this step, I studied my situation, determined my interest, strengths and skills and I I've outlined each step I'm going to follow. complete for my career development.Step 2: Analysis with PMI and OPVIn this step I stood in other shoes to think from their point of view so that I can understand people's point of viewassociated with me and my career. The advantage and disadvantage in the career of my choice. Because they are the source of inspiration and an important element for my career development.Step 3: Vision (Great Results)This is the important step where I can see myself succeeding and moving forward in my career advancement. Here I have planned the achievement that I will complete within the given time, which will indicate that I am moving towards success. Step 4: Implement ideas into actions This is the most critical step while developing the career plan. Here I have listed all the possible answers explaining the reason, person, place, l he time and element that inspired me to pursue a career that I am passionate about. Without the guidance and preparation of career coaches, mentors, and external advisors, I cannot simply establish myself as a water treatment engineer. Along with this, I must have abilities and skills. To get advice from mentors, I sought out people ranging from researcher to administrator who work in the water treatment industries. I want to connect with many of them because their work inspires and motivates me. For me, getting in touch with them is also a step towards career advancement, as they could be a mentor and potential employer for me. They can provide me with advice, in-depth career insight, challenges, and required skills and knowledge. Because we can do much better with the help of coaching from advisors. I have to network with many people. Among them, I wanted to learn from Dr. Ralf Cord-Ruwisch. He is a principal investigator in biological water treatment and is currently working on improving the biological removal of water pollutants and commercializing improved nitrogen removal technology for water treatment worn. To be able to learn from him, I have to connect with him, I had to know him, which I Googled about him and emailed him. He was uncertain whether he would get a response from him. I was afraid of rejection to get a response from him. My confidence was low. It took a while to get a response from him. Despite this, I hoped to hear from him. Indeed, he replied, he said that he was busy and that he did not have time to speak to me on the phone. Instead he said he could answer my questions via email. This gave me answers to each of my questions, his opinions on obstacles to career advancement, and his advice. This has been helpful and invaluable to my knowledge and personal development. This activity helped me develop my social skills and self-confidence. I even got his reference to connect with other people in the water sector. I would like to complete an internship in the water treatment industries in Australia by the second half of 2020. There are several opportunities for this. I may be able to do an internship easily and on time, or I may not be able to do it. Every place has its own rules and priorities and if I'm the one who falls on those priorities, it increases my chances of getting an internship. The next possibility is that there is competition between people to do an internship. I have to be above everyone in all areas like talent, knowledge, communication skills and interpersonal skills to grab this opportunity quickly. When I get a call for an internship, I should be able to use this opportunity wisely and prove myself during this time so that they can consider me as a good person as well as an employeepotential in the future. But if I fail to complete my courses on time, I may not be able to get an internship. There may not be a call for internships in the desired sectors at that time. Several reasons can cause the planned internship plan to fail. If all goes well, I then want to gain expertise in chemical engineering by 2023, which I will start right after my internship ends in early 2021. First of all, I need to complete the prerequisites to join the University of chemical engineering. However, it would be difficult to work and study full time. I need to manage my time effectively and focus more on studies and less on other activities. While working, I should also work towards attaining the power of the position within 6 years from 2023 so that it will enable me to achieve my vision. This will give me a big step forward in my career. Maybe I can do some research on my own. Maybe I could discover a new technique and that would be a big success. Maybe I can contribute to the community. This will not be an easy task becauseGood. I should then acquire the skills and knowledge required to conduct research. I may not get permission from the government to conduct research in this area. I may not get enough funding for research. I may not be able to continue my studies and research. I may need to make time for my family and personal life. An unexpected incident may occur within my family and I may have to return to my home country without completing my studies. However, I want to establish myself as a water treatment engineer and researcher by 2029 and continue working on water treatment projects. There are many positives and negatives about this. First of all, I would like to discuss the positive aspects of this calendar. Being able to establish myself as an engineer and researcher would be a great achievement. I might be able to do something better for the community and the people. Once I got to this point, I should have developed certain skills and expertise in my field, social skills and self-confidence. I should have developed excellent engineering knowledge, good skills to communicate in a positive and respectful manner, comfort in working as a team member as well as leadership skills, the ability to be proactive and autonomous and resolve problems as soon as they arise. I could have job satisfaction, great pay and benefits, a quality life, and happiness. I cannot achieve all the successes mentioned above without dedication, passion for work and continuity in work. It takes a lot of effort and work to achieve this. Additionally, chemical engineers working in water treatment industries pose potentially hazardous working conditions. This could cause serious illness due to exposure in such conditions. Chemical engineering has a mixed job prospectus and a busy life. My parents, my husband might want me to stay with them. It's my responsibility to take care of them. But due to my busy life, I may not be able to balance work and family life and spend quality time with them. The job can be stressful because the chemical engineer's job in water treatment industries is time consuming. I may not be able to have a happy, quality family life. However, there are now many women working as chemical engineers in the water industries, they./
