In today's business society, all organizations seek effective management. Watson (1930) mentions that the exceptional leader is an essential element of any organization. According to the Meta analysis of Judge, Bono, Lilies, and Gerhardt (2002), today's leaders generally exhibit the characteristics of the "big five": extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, emotional stability, and the opening. Their analysis showed that the overall correlation is 0.58 and that there is a fairly strong positive relationship between the big five factors and effective leadership. Moreover, it can lead one’s organization to succeed. As the great man theory says, the characteristics of leadership are different in each generation. In order to achieve effective leadership, as a leader, he or she must have the courage to try and pursue transformation.
