However, seeing patients improve is what motivates her to do what she does. I understand how being a doctor can be incredibly exhausting at times, but the satisfaction of helping someone is a feeling I crave. Currently working at McDonald's for over a year has allowed me to considerably develop my interpersonal skills. Having to deal with customers regularly while remaining calm at all times, despite some difficult customers, is extremely important in my role as a crew member. I have become accustomed to the high pressure of the environment and feel that I could not only manage, but also thrive, with the rapid momentum and difficulties of the hospital. Teamwork is also vital in this position and is also necessary for the provision of quality healthcare; we must work together to ensure that consumers are satisfied with our services. I am happy to have managed to reconcile my studies and my extracurricular life. I am head girl of an academy of over 2000 students. This permission allows me to build my confidence and natural leadership skills within the school community as I am responsible for liaising with the sixth form team and my peers. I also have to speak publicly at school events such as the Academy Awards. Each school term I chair a meeting alongside the Head Boy to discuss any issues with pupils from different years and how we can resolve them to make our school a better place for pupils; comparable to the way doctors listen to patients express their views and explain their symptoms. As with a doctor, I have been given responsibilities that I have a duty to fulfill. To relax, I often go to the gym because fitness is extremely important to me and helps me relax..
