Many phases and functions of sleep are still the subject of intense research, but judging by a simple fact - all animals sleep, it is obvious that its role is unmistakable. However, many people still think that sleep is just a time-wasting activity. Even among professionals who fulfill crucial roles like doctors, teachers, engineers are willing to compromise their sleep, with a simple excuse, busy. In short, they suffer from either acute total sleep deprivation or, more commonly, chronic partial sleep restriction[2]. Many effects of both types of sleep deprivation have been studied, including on health, attention and decision-making. Sleep deprivation is the cause of many health problems.
