    Summary This report was created to evaluate YouProtect's web analytics between July 25, 2013 and March 23, 2014. The goal was to provide useful recommendations for improvement of the website based on the use of Google Analytics. The result of the data analysis showed that YouProtect was in a bad position because apparently visitors tend to leave their website rather than stay there. The reasons behind this may stem from unprofessional layout, outdated material, insufficient quality content, lack of understanding of behavior, and irrelevant keywords. YouProtect is recommended to: Rethink the website layout. Update new engaging content on both websites daily. and social media. Use keywords related to the main merchandise. Compress some image files, HTML, Javascript, PHP and CSS to increase speed. Additional research on visitor behavior is essential to follow up on the conclusion.
