Essay / Impacts on gender equality
There are six types of society. My take on the six is this: Hunting and gathering society is the tradition where we wander around to get information without literally fishing or hunting. For pastoral society is a group of wanderers who travel with a herd of animals and raising farm animals is seen as something or a person that is both useful and valuable. People who plant their own vegetables, living under an unmodernized self-built roof - people who live their lives entirely building everything from the ground up are a horticultural society. Agrarian are those based on the production and maintenance of crops and agricultural land, also known as agricultural society. Both industrial and post-industrial play a role in manufacturing by playing a role in setting everything up. There are so many different perceptions and perspectives on societal issues, going back centuries to the 20th century today. It happens individually, it happens as a subject, but it is often a problem because of the action of an individual. For an example, the feud between the current Prime Minister of Malaysia, Dr. Tun Mahathir Mohamad and Najib Razak. Say no to plagiarism. People tend to misunderstand the meaning of society and social thought because they both underlie the same definition, but it is not a false idea that they are related. Examining social issues that affect society involves asking how it all began. First, how it was influenced by the social environment and it is conceivable to behave and think with assumptions. Social reality involves our behavior, attitudes and life chances. A social problem has both positive and negative sides and as a public we choose to believe or not, to agree to disagree that such consequences exist and how serious they are. What we see and read in the articles is the work of academic research, government agencies and other resources, but their work carries serious consequences that are the cause of debate. This brings me to the point where we start by choosing the topic Resonance. and cognitive dissonance. Resonance is based on a scientific way of life. It is a definition of the noise around us – the tone of voice in which we live. Words spread easily within society and with the assumptions of different perspectives, we as an individual overcome a situation by debating who is right and who is wrong. . For example, we assume that a firefighter's life is all about starting fires and saving lives. Other than that, we assume they live a life with a decent salary just putting out the fire. What is wrong. The paperwork they have to fill out after saving a life, after putting out a fire. Working on one salary, two days off and working 24 hours a day does not mean they get much rest. A fire could happen while they are resting, but there are still people who don't understand their job. Therefore, cognitive dissonance is thoughts, beliefs, or attitudeunpredictable events specifically related to behavioral decisions and attitude change. Now let's apply it to our daily lives, as human beings we are led to pursue our beliefs, our expectations and our judgment. This is used to describe any feelings of annoyance, inconvenience, embarrassment, difficulty, or anything that applies to discomfort. In this generation, we live a life every day of waking up reading newspapers, listening to news on the radio, reading news broadcast on social media and it has become a norm that with the time, overwhelms us to the point that it has also become a necessity for us to differentiate between what is true and false, therefore it has become difficult for us to prioritize. The drastic change in our response and endurance is why our attention is easily and dangerously diverted. Similar to Dr. Mahathir Mohamad and Najib Razak's situation with Najib Razak's reopened case, no matter what kind words he tries to say to prove his vulnerability, we apply cognitive dissonance to it with the thoughts we put in what we think of him. Cognitive dissonance is when you may realize that you are not paying attention because of the way your brain thinks. This is what we face every day in relationships, communication and decision-making. The way we rush to the places we need to be and the reactions we receive speak to our impatience. Reactions are something we tend to assume about an individual – something we also forget about how easily we pass judgment on people. We are easily manipulated beyond forgetting that we always have enough and appreciating what exists. Misinterpretations, misunderstandings, accusations, and assumptions are a big reason why it is necessary to change cognitive dissonance. This is a rare case of disagreement between a group of two people with two different values and, although it is impossible to avoid, it helps to overcome unnecessary stress and tension in itself. Being more mindful and recognizing what you are experiencing can motivate you to change the necessities of your life. The equalization of sexuality applies to the daily life of an individual and it also applies to a societal issue. Troublingly, cultural and religious tradition interferes with the representation of comparisons between women and men. Particularly unfavorable to women. The idea that men always have the upper hand in all situations has always been encouraged. Traditionally, men are expected to take the lead in the family because they are the eldest after the father. Giving men the advantage or superiority in terms of choice by society that allows them to lead a family ends up abusing power to marginalize women. On a social level, the negative impact on gender equality was put to believe heads of households and women. are expected to surrender, respect and not challenge their husbands about right and wrong, all in the name of saving the marriage. Basically, in tradition, our lives as women are entrusted to us without having a say. Some even go so far as to force their children to marry to save the justified conditions from protests. Unfortunately, it is always the daughter who is forced to endure abuse in the marriage so that the family can continue to benefit or take advantage of the husband. The formulation of specific gender development is something that is approved by thepublic that supports the issue of violence against women of all ages - protecting the idea that women are equally united and should be allowed as equals. It is important that politicians and government speak out to the policy institute so that we can bring about change when it comes to gender equality and women's rights. It is depicted that as a woman, no matter how educated you are, we are still traditionally seen as only being made to be housewives and are never allowed to achieve our achievements. Educationally, equality between the two sexes in society must be created. The word Equal is not and never was intended for mathematical equations, it should always mean equally accepted, equally justified and equally tolerated. Supporting women's rights on the basis of equality between both sexes is what we call feminism. More than half of the world's women recognize that they can experience freedom and achieve their lifelong dreams and aspirations. Even though half of the women in the world seem Enough, there is still the other half in the world who cannot yet relate to this idea. Less than half the average of women in Asia, the United States and Europe say they support feminism. A part of the women on the left of the middle are afraid of not being able to have a say on equal rights and this part of the women comes from India. This is because women play a secondary role in gender equality. Just because the first three words of feminism are what means the word feminine, some still believe that feminism is no longer the important topic, some even think that they should make a protest based on anti-feminism to reverse the idea of masculinity. Although women have suffered a lot from the lack of equal rights, this does not change the idea of equality because it also affects men. Cognitive dissonance's similarities to gender equality and feminism are the public's reaction. In this generation, we still judge the way a man dresses as neat, the way a man maintains his posture as feminine. We have forgotten the term that a man can dress a certain way, probably because he likes the color pink. A man behaves neatly because he is vain. The same goes for women, they are judged by their short hair, wearing more pants than skirts. Not to mention that some women prefer pants because they are comfortable on a daily basis. Maybe she kept her hair short because she doesn't want to have to take too long to dry or style her hair. As people, we choose to present ourselves differently because of the comfort we feel within ourselves. There was a saying that went around once, real men wore pink. Why be a judge of color, why accuse, why take responsibility for an individual for what they choose to wear. According to Maslow's pyramid, this topic of gender equality is coming true. Not from a creative point of view, but we will have to realize that everyone has a goal to achieve and that everyone still takes the time to understand each other. Being dressed a certain way, presenting yourself in a certain way because that has always been the benefit of defining masculinity. The assumptions that men are portrayed as weak when they expose an emotional side, in other words, men are still not allowed to expose their vulnerability - no matter what, as a man, they form a whole, always a human being. Socially, the term housewives took a big turn and eventually the term husband.
