I would like to take a quick moment to thank the entire staff at Cogswell College for taking time out of their busy schedules to review my application and hopefully help me give a chance to contribute to the further success of your wonderful institute that Ms. Fey Nazarian did an outstanding job in informing me of. Now to tell you a few things about me and how I got interested in game design engineering. I've always had a passion for creating almost anything from scratch and then being able to look back on the entire experience knowing what worked and what failed so I could apply it to my next project in hopes to always be able to move forward. in a positive way. Now, if you combine that with a great interest in gaming that I've accumulated since I started, this hobby has become a hopeful career path, and I think it's quite logical to pursue studies in this field. To be exact, it was about five years ago that I really became interested in the design, engineering, and overall inner workings of video games; Once I started realizing all the different amazing modifications that people could offer to the general public, it really made me want to get involved. As a student, I learned that I benefited greatly from a more hands-on atmosphere, so as you can imagine, discovering this college and learning more about it is a very exciting experience for me. I have always done very well in every class I have thrown myself into; using fundamental application of the law as an example, for most of the course I maintained a 3.9 GPA until the death of my beloved grandfather DanielWest who I spoke about at the 'school and they agreed to let me miss a few classes as long as I ...... middle of paper ...... competitive company. When I leave university, I hope to already have a stable job offer in a development team; I'm not going to just assume that I will have a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to work for one of my dream companies, but that doesn't mean I won't reach for the stars and do everything I can imagine to offer me. the best chance of achieving this. I understand that not everyone can do exactly what they want or work with the company they want to work with. I know that Cogswell will be a huge step for me, if not the biggest, to enter the game development industry and I can only hope to have the opportunity to show you what I am capable of with the right direction and the right training.
