    If I had to describe myself in 3 words, the 3 words would be: curious, diligent and receptive. I am eager to learn and want to seek out new information. At school I will always ask questions when in doubt and if I am interested in a certain topic I will read and explore beyond the curriculum independently. My curiosity motivated me to take Raffles Academy Mathematics, H3 Mathematics and SMU H3 Game Theory courses, as I was extremely interested in combinatorics and strategic decision making. I really enjoyed reading the course material and I believe my interest and quest to learn helped me achieve distinctions in these subjects. In my free time, I enjoy reading non-fiction books and watching documentaries because they allow me to learn more about the world and people. There are important lessons that could be applied to everyday life. For example, by understanding our natural irrational behavior, we can learn to make better decisions. I take great pride in my work and always go the extra mile because I strongly believe in “reaping what you sow”. At school I always complete...
