The Argument Against the Health Care Reform Act don't have any. The health care reform law is not a reasonable solution for people who cannot afford it or do not have private health insurance. It was a difficult process simply because some members of Congress wanted the Supreme Court to judge whether the health care law was constitutional. The big problem is that Democrats believe the bill they pushed through Congress will help people with pre-existing conditions such as diabetes. They also believe that in the long run it will benefit the entire United States.
