    IntroductionPublic health is an important aspect of human life and health professionals must ensure that they provide appropriate health services to human beings to ensure their protection. Public health is an art and science charged with the responsibility of preventing diseases, thereby prolonging the life of an individual and promoting health through different organizations, health societies, public and private (Aginam, 2005). Most of the public is concerned with disease prevention rather than cure, because practitioners believe in the fundamental principle that prevention is better than cure. Although it plays an important role in prevention, public health also contributes to the treatment of various diseases. This article presents an in-depth discussion of public health ethical concerns and their potential obstacles. During the discussion, the paper gives an assessment of national and international policies used to dismantle structural inequalities, the impact of policy and potential corruption on the implementation of appropriate public health services (Gostin & Milbank Memorial Fund, 2002). Additionally, it provides an overview of the effects of international law on the protection of vulnerable populations, the evaluation of resource allocations, ethical considerations, and the strategies available for obtaining the data necessary to ameliorate ethical concerns.
