Heidi Airline is an air port based in Austria in a small town named Zell am See. Zell am See is the administrative capital of Zell am See as a district. Heidi primarily serves the US and European states in their business operations in the automotive industry and therefore acts as a link. The airline serves two hubs: the recently opened Stuttgart, Germany, and the US city of Detroit. The operating license in the United States was granted to Heidi Airline earlier this year. Heidi Airlines manages this operation using one aircraft, the Boeing 767 300ER, classified in a single class. This operation is a daily affair. The aircraft can comfortably accommodate 350 passengers. To assist in its operations, Heidi Airline employed 160 people. The Emergency Planning Department's mission is to ensure that company employees and their family members and survivors in the event of an aviation disaster receive appropriate care. As a department manager, I seek to organize my team to ensure that internal crisis response teams are well supported to effectively and efficiently deal with the Heidi airline flight crisis. So the emergency planning team sat down, discussed and we agreed to define a Family Assistance Center (FAC) within Heidi Airlines. FAC is a site where families and friends of potential victims of aviation disasters will come together to receive information, provide information regarding their loved ones and receive resources to address their needs. The FAC will help coordinate airline disaster relief activities to achieve the desired results. The main reason Heidi Airlines established a Family Assistance Center is to provide a disaster resource center where aviation needs... middle of paper ...... in the event of disaster. In times of disaster, family members and friends will gravitate to where they are sure to find information about their loved ones.
